Exclusions
Felicia Henderson does not complete the following:
- Custody evaluations
- Psychological assessment or psychological testing
- Court-ordered treatment
- Worker's compensation evaluation
- Disability evaluation
- FMLA paperwork and/or any paperwork that relates to the member's employment
